“Dodecanese Islands Accommodations” is a non profit company which was
found by “Federation of Dodecanese Islands Family & Run Studios & Apartments in
Greece”, “Kos Apartments Association” & “Association of family-run Studios &
Apartments” with aim to promote and advertise the accommodations of Dodecanese
Islands. We have created an Online Booking system which applies in retail
and wholesale.
Retail: visitors are able to view accommodations through photos and
descriptions, prices and availability for the dates they are interested in, as
well as they are able to make a reservation on real time.
Wholesale: wholesale applies to travel agencies. Through a username and a
password which is given by us, they can have access to the online booking system
and watching the availabilities, retail and wholesale prices that offers each
accommodation and will be able to make bookings on real time.
Cooperation Terms
By completing the form with your personal information, we will send you a
username and a password so that you will be able to enter the online booking
system, and you will be able to check the availabilities and retail-wholesale
prices.
Each accommodation defines its prices and decides if it will give wholesale
prices.
To complete a booking you have to give as a deposit 10% of the total amount and
the full payment should be before clients’ arrival at the accommodation.
Repayment can be with credit card (yours or clients’) or with money order to a
bank account accordingly to the policy of each accommodation.
Accommodation is obliged to edit an invoice for provided services and send it to
you.

Can I make a hotel booking for my clients using your affiliate program?
Yes, you can. However, to complete a reservation we have to receive client’s
details.
Can I ask my client to pay to me directly instead of paying to the hotel upon
arrival?
Yes, you can.
Can I change the room rate?
No, Room rates are given and can be changed only from the accommodations.
Can I charge a booking fee?
Yes, you can charge a booking fee always made in accordance with all applicable
laws, rules and regulations.
Can I book rooms and sell them in the future?
No, this is not allowed. All bookings can only be made, the very moment your
client wants this to be booked on real time.
Can I integrate the Online Booking Banner on my website?

Can I have bigger discount for making group bookings?
